Horizontal Color Steel And Sandwich Panel Compound Machine
This machine has a reasonable structure with easy operation and complete functions. The finished panel product is made through material feeding, press shaping, gluing, heating, edge trimming, slotting and cutting.
To reach a precise metering, this machine applies low speed metering pump with variable frequency speed adjusting (or stepless speed adjusting) and computer controlling.
The machine can laminate various types of flat or corrugated panel and produce sandwich panel of 9800mm-1200mm wide and 50mm-300mm thick or of 950mm wide and 50mm-300mmthick.
This machine is applicable for producing color steel panel, aluminum panel and some other laminated external material with internal material of flame-retardant EPS or rock wool.
